Scope: New kitchens and baths were installed in all 84 existing buildings (504 apartment units) at Creighton Court. Canterbury removed all existing cabinets, appliances, kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs and replaced with new materials. Canterbury installed new VCT throughout the entire units as well as painted the entire units. As found in many renovations, Canterbury encountered unforeseen plumbing and structural issues. The Canterbury team was proactive in quickly resolving these issues to deliver a quality project to the owner on time
