Description: Phase I consists of the development of a 200,000 SF brewery and distribution center. The building includes approximately 15,000 SF of office and retail, and all related sitework and infrastructure. As a 1st tier subcontract to Hourigan Construction, Canterbury Enterprises will be self performing the installation of doors/frames/hardware, Division 10 specialty items, and rough carpentry. We will be managing subcontractors in the following divisions: drywall installation, acoustic ceilings, interior/exterior painting and flooring.
