Description: New construction of 30 multi-family homes. Each home with three-bedrooms with an average square size of 1,450 square feet. Ten of the units are handicapped-accessible. The homes are brick with HardiePlank siding and are low-maintenance living. This is the addition to the 40 completed and fully occupied townhomes at Warwick Place. Completed July 2021
