On behalf of the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA); this letter is prepared to inform you of the Construction Management Division's acknowledgment of your organizations completion of the subject project.

It should be noted that this was a difficult project for many reasons (i.e. relocation coordination, coordination of trades/specialty crews, owner supplied material/delivery, changing conditions from unit to unit, retrofit of new fixtures to old fixture/utility conditions, etc.).

I want to thank you and your staff assigned for their dedication and commitment to providing RRHA a final product that has proven effective (i.e. reduce maintenance work orders, etc.) and a project that the agency is proud of.

Last, it is known and official that as of June 1, 2012, the subject project is complete in accordance with the above referenced contract and all related punch-list items are complete and officially closed.
